Thank you for shopping at Montessori Print Store. Because our products are digital downloads, our refund and returns policy is different from physical goods. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Digital downloads

All products are delivered digitally as PDF and/or image files. Once an order is placed and the files are downloaded, we cannot offer a refund.

If you encounter any issues (missing files, corrupted files, wrong product), please contact us at {email address}. We will work with you to fix the problem or provide an exchange for the correct files.

Refunds

Refunds are only possible if you have not downloaded the product files.

If you made a purchase by mistake and have not accessed the download links, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Exchanges

If there is a technical issue with a product (e.g. missing pages, download error, or incorrect file), please let us know. We will send you the corrected files at no additional cost.

If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide you with an alternative product of equal value.
